| Abstract(in English) | Aged people and patient in bed need a support of the mind. This study deals with a concept of new information machine that supports those people and beginner user of the information machine. A proposal information machine has a function of interface using gesture, friendly display and sound interface. This study also discusses recognition of gesture for interface and how expressible is the gesture for beginner user of information machine. In recognition of gesture the arm and the fingers are dealt as cylinder models. Hand gestures can not be used for the same manner in all over the world. But using gesture for interface between the user and the information machine can simplify training of the operation. |
