Video Editing Method of Special Effects in Non-linear Editing System

Abstract(in English) This paper proposes a novel editing method for a non-linear editing system that edit digitized image in the harddisk. We studied a couple of editing procedures in the veal field for the motion-effects and developed a editing method that fits well for all of the procedures. This paper also describes some results of our prototype system.
