| 抄録(和) | 本報告では,仮想環境の構築と評価を仮想環境内ですべて実施することのできるデザインシステムの設計とその部分試作について報告する.具体的には、複数の利用者が協調して仮想環境のデザインを行える環境を,既に筆者らが開発した仮想環境没入型形状モデラVLEGOを拡張して試作した. このため,新たに必要となる機能について検討し、従来のVLEGOの設計思想の延長上に実装した.追加された機能は,仮想環境の階層表現,形状プリミティブの自己拡張,ナビゲーション及びスケーリングである.その結果,仮想環境に没入したまま,仮想環境の構築が可能となり,実際にプリミティブで構成された世界を容易に構築し,同時にウオークスルー評価可能なことを確認した. |
| 抄録(英) | In this paper, described is a design and partial implementation of a virtual environment design tool. The tool enables two users to design a virtual environment collaboratively. The tool is build upon our virtual environment modeling tool-VLEGO. Functions to be added to VLEGO are carefully chosen and implemented so that the extended functionality matches with the design policy of VLEGO. The functions actually added to VLEGO are a hierarchicaI representation of the environment, a mechanism to define new shape primitives, navigation mechanism in a virtual environment and a scaling function. By implementing theses functions, it was found that users can design and evaluate a virtual environment without changing modes of the too1. |
