| 抄録(和) | ワークフロー管理のうち特に実行時の例外処理を組織構造に基づいてユーザ主導で行なう方式を提案する.まず組織構造を権限関係からモデル化し,組織構造に基づいた例外処理機構を設言する.次にこの例外処理をWYSIWISの概念に従ってユーザ主導で行なう実行機構とその実装ろ示し,実装したシステムを使って評価を行なう.本方式は,これまでの全体を取り消し再実行する方式や,あらかじめ記述した規則にしたがって例外処理を行なう方式と異なり,権限関係を満たしながら例外処理を柔軟に行なえることが特徴である. |
| 抄録(英) | Workflow management is quite useful to group-work, however, it often happens that the predefined workflow cannot be completed because of unpredictable situations. In this paper, we propose a new method of workflow management, which allows users to handle exceptions based on the organization interactively. First, we present the organization model to describe privileges among users. Next, we discuss the interactive exception handling mechanism using a WYSIWIS featuer. This method is flexible in comparison with existing ones, because users can use runtime informations to handle exceptions in this method. |
