Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Workflow management is quite useful to group-work, however, it often happens that the predefined workflow cannot be completed because of unpredictable situations. In this paper, we propose a new method of workflow management, which allows users to handle exceptions based on the organization interactively. First, we present the organization model to describe privileges among users. Next, we discuss the interactive exception handling mechanism using a WYSIWIS featuer. This method is flexible in comparison with existing ones, because users can use runtime informations to handle exceptions in this method.
