| Abstract(in English) | In recent years, we use Internet frequently, exchanging various information, however, sufficient measures to protect the rights of information providers have not been taken yet. In this study, I propose one of measures of their protection. This proposal is not restricted to sertification of users, it also gives information manners, such as preservation of provided information and permission or prohibition of re-utilization. |
