Estimation of Face Pose from Grayscale Image using Eigenspace Method

Abstract(in English) Recently we need useful interface with computers. In this paper we discuss about the system that estimates humam face pose from a grayscale image of the user's face. The use of grayscale images does not require 3D reconstruction of the face features, thus, the system can be simple. In this system we calcurate eigen value and eigen vector from various pose face images, so we could create a eigen space that sensitive about face pose. We estimate face pose from the position of a input image in eigen space. Thus when we use eigen space method, the cost of memory and calcurate could be much smaller.
