| Abstract(in English) | In this paper, we will proposes a system and describes a video description model and retrieval algorithm. In our system, multiple uses can point at the objects of interest in the video stream and specify their characteristics. The system collects their descriptions on the network. So we will be able to answer questions of users using a set of descriptions and retrieval of video as an Interactive TV. We will discuss interaction of multiple users and a use of video database through making a prototype using a Real-world video. |
