Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | We hypothesise that a cognitive process of 3D space is based on a relationship between functional specialization (color, form, and positions of objects) in the visual cortex and subjective response. So, our model includes graphical features such as Lab color system, its autocorrelation and image segmentation, which correspond to the functional specialization. Our psychological experiment indicates that cognitive processes have "general evaluation", "spatial", and "textural" factors. By analysing the relationships between these three factors and the graphical features, we find that each factor requires its own graphical features. |
