| Abstract(in English) | Generally, the mouse is most used as pointing device in GUI system. Recently mouse resolution becomes higher. So it's difficult to move with single pixel accuracy. In this paper, we propose a new software method aimed to reduce pointing errors in precision work and implement it in XFree86. Our method detects precision mouse operation and lowers mouse resolution by software. As a result of experiments, it is proved that our method reduces pointing error without losing time. |
