Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Our group has been carrying out quantitative analyses of the relationship between motion characteristics and subjective impressions using Okinawan "Kachaasii" dance where people can improvise on their motions and move their arms, hands and legs freely. In this study, therefore, a CG animation tool was constructed which can compose a mixed pattern of two dance motions at any rate, using the frequency and phase information about human joint angles.
