Abstract(in English) Data broadcasting service is expected that anybody are able to get information quickly by easy operations.In order to evaluate usability of user interface of data broadcasting contents, verbal reports of aged people during the operation were analyzed with protocol analysis method.As a result, some problems were identified.We analyzed these problems and discussed the method of improvement in user interface.
