| 抄録(和) | 健常者のうつ状態に焦点を当て, 視覚呈示された人物形容語に対する事象関連電位(ERP)を, 高抑うつ群および低抑うつ群において記録した. 被験者の課題は, 人物形容語の呈示を受けた後, それらを再生するというものであった. 呈示された人物形容語は, ERP記録後に実施した自己適合度評定と好感度評定, および, 再生されたか否かに基づいた分類ごとに加算平均された. 高抑うつ群の P300 は, 人物形容語の分類にかかわらず, 低抑うつ群よりも立ち上がりが早く, 振幅が有意に増大していた. また, 逆に N400 の立ち上がりは遅れ, 振幅も減衰していた. これらの結果から, 自己に直接関連しない刺激に対する抑うつ者の認知処理特性について検討した. |
| 抄録(英) | Event-related potentials to trait adjectives presented visually were recorded from high and low depressive subjects perfoming a memory task that required them to recall the adjectives after the stimulus sequence. The trait adjectives were categorized by ratings for self-relevancy, positive feeling mid recalled/unrecalled. The P300 component for the high depressive subjects commenced earlier and was significantly larger in amplitude than that for the low depressive subjects irrespective of categories of trait adjectives, whereas N400 for the high depressive subjects peaked earlier and was smaller. These findings were discussed in relation to the characteristics of cognitive processing for the self-irrelevant stimuli in depressive persons. |
