Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Recently a tablet with LCD (PenPAD) becomes thin, light, and inexpensive. In the near future we will be able to have many PenPADs as a very common place electrical appliance. Soon PenPAD will be ubiquitous around our office, home, school and so on. But it is doubtful that the present systems such as Windows, Macintosh or CDE are suitable for many PenPAD environment (we call it Littery Augmented Papers-LAP). We have designed a usable and effective user-interface for LAP that makes our usual works smart. We also implemented and evaluated the user-interface.
