| Abstract(in English) | Since the final receiver of information of the video system is the observer, the final assessment of the system should be carried out by the observere, which is called as the subjective assessment. In the various factors to that subjctive assessement can be adopted, the pictute quality is regarded as the most important one because it showed the overall quality of the system. This report describes recent trends of the subjective picture quality' assessment method including the method for degital pictures. |
