| 抄録(和) | 本論文では, はじめに複数色知覚において基本的な生理学的メカニズムである側抑制を実現するニューラルネットワークモデルについて説明する. このモデルは周辺色との相互作用を反対色空間中での色の抑制作用として記述する. つまり画像中のある色は周辺の色から引力または斥力を受けるものとする. このニューラルネットワークモデルにより我々は対比, 同化現象を実現した. さらにこのニューラルネットワークより計算される色空間の幾何を微分幾何の手法を用いて解析し, 複数色知覚における色の見えの定量的な解析方法を示す. |
| 抄録(英) | In this paper we first show a new neural network model which only assumes the basic physiological mechanism: the lateral inhibition between different colors in visual pathway. This model explains the interaction between colors as "complementary-color inhibition" in the opponent color space, i.e., a color in an image is subjected to attraction or repulsion of the complementaries of its surrounding colors. Thus we are able to realize successfully the simultaneous contrast and assimilation color illusions using this neural network model. Furthermore, we propose a quantitative characterization of color appearance in polychromatic perception based on the intrinsic geometry of the color space, which is derived from the Riemannian metric tensor calculated using the above neural network model. |
