Ease of Understanding of On-line Guidance

Abstract(in English) The purpose of this paper is to specify the requirements for on-line guidance.We supposed that two factors are important which have an effect on the usability of on-line guidance[1].One is the timing when the guidance is presented, another is the way the information is expressed.In this paper, we focused the way the information is expressed.And we conducted a psychological experiment with the guidance.The result showed that the purpose-oriented guidance is easy to understand.
