| Abstract(in English) | There are demands for facial images as a human interface of user-friendly machines. Accordingly, there is much anticipation for 3D facial images that are changeable their facial angles according to the situation. However, 2D images are still often used for this purpose. We have constructed a video database and evaluated images to meet such demands. The database has Japanese male and female facial images with differing facial expressions and face angles. Furthermore, we examined the expressiveness of each image. |
