| 抄録(和) | ユーザーに負担がかからない自然なヒューマン・インターフェイスを考えた場合、計算機が能動的にユーザーを探し、コミュニケーションをとる必要があると思われる。本論文では実環境下で撮られた時系列カラー画像から顔を認識し、顔の特徴点を抽出する一手法を提案する。現在までに顔認識の手法としていくつかの提案がなされている。しかし、顔特徴点を抽出する際には常に撮像環境の変化に対するロバスト性が問題となっている。本手法ではロバスト性や柔軟性の向上のために、複数の手法をマルチエージェントとして導入した。システムは画像処理部、顔特徴点抽出部、評価部、特徴点決定部の4つのパートから構成され、各パートに属するエージェントは並列に動作する。複数の顔特徴点抽出アルゴリズムによって得られた結果はそれぞれ違った視点から再評価され、最も矛盾がなく可能性がある結果が導出されるようになっている。システムには、カメラを移動させるマニピュレータが組み込まれており、結果に応じて顔を追跡するようになっている。 |
| 抄録(英) | We propose a method to recognize a face and to extract facial features from sequential color images under the pratical condition for the human interface and robot vision. Up to now, several methods have been proposed in the facial recognition. The proposal system introduces plural methods as multi-agents to improve the robustness and flexibility. The system consists of four parts: Image Processing part, Facial Feature Extracting part, Checking part and Decision Making part each of which works independently. In recognizing facial features, it always has a problem of changing of conditions among images. In this system, the plural feature detection algorithm are run parallel and the most reliable interpretation is obtained considering the consistency of the results. The system includes a manupulator to move a camera and can track the face using the facial recognition results. |
