Color Space Bundle Model for Color Appearance in Polychromatic Perception and Its Applications

Abstract(in English) we propose a fibre bundle model for polychromatic color appearance. In this model, each pixel is associated with its own color space, called fibre color space. The distortion of this color space is determined uniquely by the surrounding colors and the spatial patterns around the pixel. The color appearance in the polychromatic perception as the Riemannian metric tensors in the color space, which can be readily calculated from a lateral inhibitive neural network. Two applications of this model to color image processing are shown.
