| 抄録(和) | 覚醒水準を量的に測定することはきわめて難しく, その方法を開発することが生物リズムや精神医学などの分野で望まれている. 本研究では, より簡便でしかも精度の高い覚醒水準の測定法の開発を目標とし, その検討の第一段階として, 眼球運動が覚醒水準の影響を受けると考えられていることに着目し, その運動の一形態であるサッカードの速度と覚醒水準の関係を明らかにするための実験を行った. その結果, 覚醒水準とサッカードの間には相関関係のあることが強く示唆された. |
| 抄録(英) | Although it is very difficult to measure vigilance levels quantitatively, it is necessary to develop a method for measuring the levels in the fields of biological rhythm and psychiatry. Our goal is to develop an effective, accurate and easy-to-use method for measuring vigilance levels. It is considered that eye movements are affected by vigilance levels, and so we carried out some experiments in order to clarify the relationship between the velocities of saccades in eye movements and the rated vigilance levels. The experimental results suggest that there is a high correlation between the rated vigilance levels and the measured saccades. |
