Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The purpose of this study is two-folds. The first is to examine some factors that improve a traditional learning scheme when we introduce multimedia telecommunication into learning situations. The second is to design some essential functions to be implemented in an assistant system for Japanese character learning in such an environment. Our emphasis is on the realization of learning items, for example enrichment. The concept of learning on demand will also be discussed.
