| 抄録(和) | 前歯の状態は口周囲の動きと密接な関係にある。たとえば上顎前歯が前突(出っ歯)していると、口唇閉鎖のためには安静時に弛緩している唇の強い緊張が必要となり,正常者と異なる表情や発語動作が生まれる。反対咬合(受け口)でも同様に正常者と異なる動きが生じるが、上顎前歯前突の場合とは影響を受ける範囲や様相が違っている。近年,工学や心理学分野で表情生成の研究が多くみられるようになったが、歯の情報を十分に組み入れたものはない。本研究は正常なかみ合わせをもった被験者の前歯に装置を装着し、歯と口周囲の動きとの関係を解析することを目的として実施した。顔の細かな動きをとらえるため、顔面上に貼付したマーカーの3次元的な動きの計測を高速度カメラ複数台を用いたステレオ計測によって実現するシステムの開発を行った。以上の結果より、被験者の前歯に装置を装着した場合としない場合とで口周囲の動きに違いがあることが示唆された。 |
| 抄録(英) | A position of anterior teeth is closely related to the movement of lips and the surroundings. For example ,in case of subjects with maxillary teeth protrusion, strong tension of upper lip is necessary for closing even if it is loose in relax.. Mandibular teeth protrusion is also different from normal and maxillary teeth protrusion subjects. The purpose of the present investigation is to establish a precise and efficient three-dimensional measurement system using two high speed cameras, and to analyze relationship between overiet of anterior teeth and a facial action by method of setting wax on anterior teeth of normal occlusion. These results suggest that a position of anterior teeth influence the movement of lips and the surroundings. |
