| 抄録(和) | 2次元面での対象の拡散運動は一義的ではない.観察条件によって, "接近"運動あるいは"拡大"運動として知覚される.本研究では円盤上に配置した光点群の拡散速度と輝度の要因を変化させることによって接近・拡大運動の印象を検討した.結果として拡散運動の速度が増加していくときに接近運動が拡大運動よりも顕著に知覚され, 拡散速度が減少していくときにはその逆の結果となった.また輝度変化は拡散速度が等速のときに判断に系統的な影響を与えた.拡散運動の知覚は単純に接近運動としては解釈されないことを示す結果となった. |
| 抄録(英) | Stimulation in the form of spreading on the retina does not always lead to a clear percept, but produces ambiguous perceptual impressions, "looming" at one time and "expansion" at other time. We examined the factors determining "looming" or "expansion" impression by changing the "spreading" speed and the luminance in the disk-shaped dot pattern. The results showed that as the speed of spreading increased, "looming" was dominant over "expansion" that was observed when spreading was slow. Luminance change affected systematically perceptual impressions under the condition where the spreading speed was constant. These findings contradict with the interpretation that spreading stimuli produce a steady impression of "looming". |
