| Abstract(in English) | We propose an interactive broadcasting system called Public Opinion Channel (POC). POC encourages community members to speak their opinions by providing appropriate stories. Story consisting of various opinions of community members provides chances to discuss on the topic of the story in a community. We describe an implementation system of POC. The system generates and updates stories according to opinions of the community. Stories are brought to community members via text, an image, and audio. From the psychological experiments, availabilities of the system for creating and circulating knowledge in a group are found. Design concept of the system and the psychological experiments are described. |
