Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Synthesizing techniques for pictures and video images are employed when making magazines, promotion videos, movies and etc. There is a method called chroma key in which human objects are segmented from a uniform color background and superimposed with anther background. But this method has a problem that if one's clothes and the background have the same color, the former is regarded as the latter. In this report, we propose a method that makes it possible to segment objects from background precisely when objects have the same color as the background, by using of two-tone stripe background. A result of preliminary experiment is shown.
