Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | Software agents have the potentials in computing: 1)simplifying the complexities of computer operations, 2)overcoming the limitations of current user interface approach, 3)amusing the users of computer systems. Software agents have to be designed with considerations of the way people feel about agents, and if people feel comfort of their automatic, autonomous actions. However, few studies were carried out about what is the appropriate form of interaction between agents and a person. This paper describes the way of designing interaction between agents and a person using software agents. |
