Abstract(in English) The purpose of this study is to develop a communication aid for deaf-blind people to assist their "Finger Braille" communication. The method to present "Finger Braille" by using vibration has been investigated to determine optimum conditions. The communication between the person without disable and deaf-blind person under this conditions has been examined. From this result, it was confirmed that the "Finger Braille" communication system which we developed was functioned efficiently.
