| Abstract(in English) | With the penetration of mobile phones, the more claims from the nonusers are raised on the annoyance of using the mobile phones without considering place and time. Many social agencies, such as rail way, hospitals, restaurants, theaters are introducing social regulations to have guest refrain from using mobil phones. However, social regulations are less effective. To ensure tools to be used in the proper place and time, technical supports need to be installed in the systems. |
