| Abstract(in English) | We have developed a new "Input Interface Switch" for Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis. We sent out questionnaires to nurses and attendants who look after "Ability Daily Living" at the specialized neurological hospital in Japan. The switch is based on the results of these questionnaires, and is made up of Fiberoptic Sensors, Amplifiers, and Controllers. It is designed to send out signals if it separates from the user's body. |
