Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In the near future, we will be able to use videophone with MPEG4 technology. Videophone is very useful to deaf people in telecommunication. But these parameters are not adapted to sign language conversation. In this paper, we investigated the relation between preference in videophone quality and MPEG4 parameters in telecommunication with sign language conversation.
