Abstract(in English) | This paper discusses the importance of interpersonal communication process as the main elements of social skills with the structural view of interpersonal relationships. Encoding and decoding steps are quite basic phases in interpersonal communication process. The first model was postulated by Argyle in relation to the motor-skill model. Then, Cook showed the expanded model that he elaborated the previous simple model. Their models showed us the many perceiced factors to be discussed. We ourselves should consider the relativity of own cultural background. Cooperative harmony and highly estimated process are necessary to understand social skills in Japan. |
