Abstract(in English) | To suppress human errors by improving operability and visibility, product operation environments and recognition charactereistics such as knowledge based on user's experience must be understood. We are taking up the telephone transfer which is often handled erroneously depending on viewpoint setting. In this paper, we described that viewpoint is scattered depending on a schema, and operability is enhanced by schema activation. As a example telephone transfer operability is enhanced by supporting the designer's viewpoint. |
