Abstract(in English) This review represents to identify and discuss emotional meanigs through the nonverbal communication on interpersonal relations. The origin of communicative movements as to emotional expression is discussed using of the observational data for the congenitally blind. Providing support to the reciprocal touch posed a new problem for the electronics, information and communication engineering.
