| Abstract(in English) | Computer system which is used as a media in group communication, i. e. , groupware, doesnot work without positive groupdynamics within the group. Leadership which determine production and human relations of the groupis one of the most important human factors, i. e. , humanware, which make groupware useful and effective for the group process. Three cases of Information education in the University are reported, and how to develop good humanware is discussed here. |
