Abstract(in English) From the point of equality in education, students with disabilities should have almost equal environment in every respects at a university or other educational institutes. This report deals with two aspects of communication: face-to-face communication and information access with the use of information terminals such as personal computers, or, media-communication. We emphasise the importance of the concept; normalization. We also propose certain new approach to designing good interface of devices for the disabled people.
