Abstract(in English) A new input-output equipment to computer system was developed which gives an impetus to use of information-transmission equipment for disabled persons. We produced a key-input system and experimented on the movements of key-input for disabled persons, and analyzed the character of key-input behavior for each kind person of obstacle. The result is as follows. With trials to adjust the time-parameter which controls the key-input, we confirmed the validity to assign the time-parameter according to individual disabled persons, and set the time-parameter to control key-input, and report on the「Decision-format」.
