| 抄録(和) | 我が国においては、これまでに多くの人達の努力によって、福祉用具の技術開発、産業化が行われてきた. しかしながら、世界に類を見ない急速な高齢化社会への移行が始まっている中で、高齢者・障害者を含めた国民すべてが生活の中で必要となる福祉用具の開発・供給には十分な体制が確立されていないのが現状である. (1) このような状況の下で設立された日本健康福祉用具工業会の目的と意義・社会的な役割、(2) 福祉用具類の技術開発に取り組む技術者が備えておくべき基本的な視点、(3) 欧米諸国との比較、について述べる. |
| 抄録(英) | Many people have been making their efforts to develop and industrialize welfare and assistive devices. In spite of their efforts, we still do not have a good enough product-supply system of the devices in Japan. One of the main reasons is that the rate of elderly people in Japan increases so rapidly as no other countries have been done before. We have still many issues to be deeply considered to realize rich society for everybody in every respects. This report deals with: (1) The purpose and significance of Japan Wellness and Welfare Product Industrial Association that was founded in 1996. (2) Certain viewpoints which people who is engaged in either designing and developing the devices should have. (3) Some comparisons between Japan and other countries in producer-consumer relations. |
