| 抄録(和) | スクリーン映像ごし対話の違和感について、分析と考察を行う。従来、遠隔オフィス間の映像ごし日常対話では、あいづちに代表される場面で違和感が指摘されていた。今回、会話分析による直接対面対話との比較により、映像ごし対話では、あいづちの相対的な開始時刻が100ms早くずれることを確認した。このずれは、明確な意識による制御能力を超える、微小な時間スケールである。従って、スクリーン映像ごし対話の違和感は、インタラクションにおける微視的な調整過程の現われであると考えられる。 |
| 抄録(英) | We analyze and discuss the "feeling of mismatch" often reported to occur during video-mediated conversations. The mismatch feeling occurs typically at the time of "aiduchi", and our experiments reveal that aiduchis in video-mediated conversations begin 100 milliseconds earlier than those in face-to-face conversations. This gap is on a microscopic time-scale beyond human conscious controls. We claim that the mismatch feeling at the times of aiduchi is caused by the uncouscious processes of interactional micro-regulations that Condon(1980) called "interactional synchrony". |
