| 抄録(和) | 筆者らは, 手軽な装置のみで視覚障害者を目的地まで案内する, 誘導型の歩行支援システムの実現を目的とし, いくつかの方法を用いたシステムを検討してきた. 本論文は, これらのシステムを用いた誘導の有用性と改善点を明らかにするために行なった誘導実験の報告である. 視覚障害者を被験者とした誘導実験により, このシステムで目的地までの誘導ができることを確認した. 特に偏軌傾向に対しては, 進むべき方位に指示がなされることで歩行者の安全が確保されることが確認された. また, 歩行者の能力と環境を考慮したより効果的な誘導法を検討した. その結果, 約600mのコースにおいて, 従来の誘導法で45分かかったのに対し, 約3O分と33%の時間短縮を確認した. |
| 抄録(英) | In this paper, we make clear the performance of the walking aid system for the visually impaired. As the result of some walking experiments, it is clear that this system can navigate the visually impaired. In particular, for the veering tendency, this system is useful. We propose a navigation method considering walker's ability and surrounding informations. To evaluate this navigation method we made some walking experiments. As the result, this method is useful to shorten the walking time for beginers, and the walking time is decreased by 33% from 45minutes. |
