Abstract(in English) Many screen readers which enable the visually impaired to access GUI of interactive systems have been developed. We have studied the possibility to provide them with the accessibilities of multimedia applications and have been developing the CounterVision as a GUI access system. We have already developed its sub-systems, Touch Sound Display and CounterVision / SR, and have evaluated them. In this paper, we propose the multi-access interface which has a variety of access method concerning with the object and the way of operation into the CounterVision. This multi-access interface enable the users to search information according to their needs by incorporating some operational devices such as touch screen, pointing device with image pin display and numeric keypad, and information display such as voice and sound synthesizer and braille pin display.
