Abstract(in English) | With the low operating voltage of IC, DC/DC power supply has required low voltage and high current. Then we investigated insulated power supply with high efficiency at input DC -36~-75V and DC 0.8V/20A. We developed high efficiency DC/DC power supply of 85.3%. In this paper, we report the operation of this circuit. |
