| 抄録(和) | ピーク電流モードDC-DCコンバータではスパイク電流によって誤動作を起こすため低減フィルタによりパルス成分を取り除く必要があるが, その場合, 過電流保護特性に定電流特性からのずれが生じること, 入力電圧変動による出力電圧変動が生じてピーク電流制御のメリットが損なわれることなどが問題となる。また, 動特性への影響も考えられる。本稿では, スパイク電流を取り除く手段としてアクティブクランプを適用した場合の効果を検討した。その結果, 周波数特性上に右半平面零点によるディップが生じ, システムの安定性に影響を及ぼすことがわかった。これについて, アクティブクランプコンバータの1次側に損失抵抗を想定した回路モデルの解析を行い, 右半平面零点が生じる原因を明らかにした。 |
| 抄録(英) | In a current-mode controlled DC-DC converter, spike current in the turn-on instant of the main switch causes the unstable operation. So, a low-pass filter is usually used to suppress the effect of the spike current on the duty control. However, the low-pass filter has some inconvenient influences on the converter characteristics. As another technique to get rid of the spike current, the usage of an active clamp circuit has been proposed. This paper discusses the effect of the active clamp circuit on the dynamic characteristics of the current-mode controlled converter. As a result, it is analytically clarified that a dip in the frequency response is caused by a zero of the transfer function in the right-half plane and that it is due to the parasitic resistance in the primary side. Furthermore, the relationship between the active clamp capacitance and the instability is also discussed. |
