Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Component values and variations for power electronic circuit design are determined to satisfy specified or tolerance characteristic regions. This report proposes two computation methods of a characteristic region from a given parameter region for the tolerance analysis. First, a frequency-domain tolerance analysis method is proposed. A new efficient separation algorithm for a parameter region is proposed to compute a characteristic polygon region approximately. Secondly, a time-domain tolerance analysis method is proposed to approximate a tolerance region with a nominal transient waveform and deviation waveforms by parameter sensitivity analysis examples are investigated.
