Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper presents the characteristics of the output voltage transient response of a buck type DC-DC converter employing the load current feedforward when the large capacitor is added to the load parallel. In this case the load is generally capacitive and its large capacitor is called a bulk-capacitor. The load current feedforward reduces this transient voltage effectively under the optimum values of feedfoward parameters. Using the feedforward control, the influence on the improvement of the transient response and on the instability caused by the bulk-capacitor is clarified.
