| 抄録(和) | ディジタル制御方式DC-DCコンバータでは, 出力電圧の安定化範囲を広げるために積分係数を大きく設定すると回路動作が不安定になることがある。この問題を解決するために, モデルを用いたディジタル制御方式DC-DCコンバータが提案されている。本論文では, このモデルを用いたディジタル制御方式DC-DCコンバータの設計手順と出力電圧安定化特性について報告する。この回路では, 動特性を損なわない程度に積分係数を十分に小さくしても負荷電流および入力電圧の変化に対して十分に広い出力電圧安定化範囲を確保することができる。 |
| 抄録(英) | It is often observed that the operation of the digitally controlled dc-dc converter becomes unstable when the integral coefficient increases extremely to extend the regulation range of the output voltage. A new digitally controlled dc-dc converter with model reference has been previously proposed to improve the dynamic performance characteristics. This paper presents a design-oriented steady-state analysis and the regulation characteristics of the new circuit. In this digitally controlled converter, since the reference model is used, the wide regulation range of the output voltage for the change of the load current and the input voltage can be achieved with the appropriate integral coefficient in the integral control circuit. |
