Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In the field of small Li-ion batteries, LiCoO2 has been used mainly. On the other hand, LiNiO2 has been developed for the purpose of lower cost and higher capacity than LiCoO2. And, in the field of industrial big Li-ion batteries, particularly EV used Li-ion batteries has been expected. Cathode materials of Li-ion batteries on EV have to be much more low cost and safety. Currently, LiMn2O4 has been studied actively. The three kinds of these cathode materials are here discussed on these performance, capacity, safety and so on.
