Simplified Circuit of DC-DC Converter with Isolation

Abstract(in English) We present a new simplified DC-DC converter with a small number of components by means of compound functions of the output transformer in DC-DC converter. As a smoothing inductor and free-wheel diode of forward-type converter are removed, the number of componennts becomes nearly equal to that of a conventional flyback-type converter. Compact DC-DC converter is realized by resonant switching with low power dissipations and the output transformer with small biased magnetization.
