Abstract(in English) | We developed a 2-dimensional near-field electromagnetic noise mapping system. The magnetic field pickup coil is made of shielded loop type cross array coil. The array coil is swept by stepping moters. Minimum scanning step is 0.1mm. The result of mapping data was displayed by vector intensity and direction's bar. In this paper. We demonstrated a noise map of the loop antenna, microstrip line, computer board, and switching power supplies. |
