| 抄録(和) | ZVS動作とARCP3相インバータの主スイッチ素子の過電流保護に対する新しい制御方法を提案する。提案する回路は1つの電流変流器、4つの電圧比較器、2つのAND回路から構成され、シンプルで信頼性のあるものである。優れた性能を実験結果と共に報告する。 |
| 抄録(英) | A novel firing control circuit for the ZVS operation and overcurrent protection of the main power switches in the ARCP three phase inverter is presented, which is applied to auxiliary ac power supply system of the electric railway rolling stock. Since the proposed circuit is composed of only an ac current transformer, four comparators and two AND gates, the circuit is simple and its operatin is reliable. Also, the limited value of the oversurrent is easily adjusted by the predetermined reference value of the comparators. The superior performance characteristics are confirmed by the experiments. |
